It takes 21 days to build a habit, and we’re putting it to the test. From October 21st through November 21st, you can take on The Traverse 21 Challenge.
The challenge is simple: take 21 classes in 30 days. But this isn’t just about checking off boxes and piling on classes. It’s about consistency, commitment, and learning what your body can do when you show up with intention.
This challenge is designed to push you, but please listen to your body & pace yourself. Mix in some of our Guided Movement & Thermotherapy classes to balance out the intensity and keep yourself moving strong from start to finish.
Whether you hit all 21 or find your own version of consistency along the way, you’ll come out of these 30 days stronger, both physically and mentally.
