Hike | Sunset
Join us for an unforgettable sunset hike on the Herman Gulch Trail, one of Colorado’s most scenic alpine routes, led by our very own Front Desk Rockstars, Megan and Shelby. We’ll meet at the trailhead at 5:30 PM to begin our climb and aim to catch the sunset at 7:44 PM from above the treeline.
Located about 1 hour from Traverse Fitness, this hike offers incredible views and a rewarding challenge. Here’s what to know:
- Distance: 6.3 miles out-and-back
- Elevation Gain: 1,755 ft
- Difficulty: Moderate to challenging
- Highlights: Wildflowers, alpine lakes, and panoramic mountain views
- Gear: Sturdy shoes, layers, headlamp for the descent
- Carpooling: We’ll coordinate rides as the date gets closer
