Here you’ll find sessions that slow things down and help regulate the nervous system, alongside classes that are more active, strength-driven, and physically challenging. Movement here can feel calming or demanding, depending on what your body needs that day.

Why Heat Matters

We treat heat as a tool.

Infrared heat helps prepare the body for movement, supports mobility, and encourages deeper connection to breath and control. The warm environment allows you to move with intention while reducing stiffness and supporting recovery.

Movement Class Types

Each class in the Movement Studio serves a specific purpose, all while supporting better movement, recovery, and consistency.

Pilates

Core is a Pilates-inspired class that builds strength through stability and dynamic movement to enhance range of motion.

Yoga

Power is a vinyasa flow that blends mobility drills, breathwork, and powerful sequencing. Flow is a yin-inspired, restorative class that resets the nervous system and supports down-regulation.

Bodywork

A guided myofascial release class using foam rolling and intentional breathwork to enhance soft-tissue repair and total body recovery.

Burn

A beat-based, low-impact class that blends precision movement, strength, and sustained effort. Burn delivers a full-body sweat while staying controlled, intentional, and joint-friendly.
