Get to know me

A runner first, a multi-sport athlete everywhere else. Local weekend 5ks with my dad turned into running my first marathon at age 11. From there, I went on to run  track and field collegiately at Texas Tech in both the 1600m and 3000m steeplechase. Since college, I have begun to sharpen my skills in triathlon, olympic lifting, boxing and trail running. As a coach, I have been doing this all my life due to my early experience.

After college, I took my knowledge as a running coach and found other outlets that I could apply athletic lessons to. I have coached on multiple formats, including volleyball, boxing, HIIT, and strength conditioning. My love to grow as an athlete both physically and mentally keeps me engaged with my athletes and their own personal goals.
