Behind my smile is a driven, fierce competitor that is constantly looking for a new challenge and personal growth. Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, I graduated from Cornell University in 2012. I moved out to Colorado at that time to work as a high school math teacher. It was out here that my passion for running really grew and has opened many doors for me in the fitness world.

I joined the Traverse team in 2021 when I realized my dream of becoming the Red Power Ranger would never be fully realized.
