This week’s Friday Wellness Social will be led by Coach Lexy!
Welcome to your new Friday social outing, except you actually end up feeling better the morning after. Join Lexy in down-regulating your nervous system into a true state of recovery and repair. We will begin with parasympathetic breathwork so the body feels safe enough to let go of tight tissue, and then you will be guided through a sequence of roller and ball self Myofascial release. Your challenge will be to lean into intense sensation with your breath, and to watch your muscular system unwind.
