Join us for a Friday Wellness Social with Coach Coco where she’ll dive deep into essential water safety and Core exercises specific to swimming mechanics. This experiential hour-long class will teach members how to warm up the body for a swim, empowering athletes with all the body awareness necessary for a strong training session or event. May is drowning prevention month, and this is the perfect way to start your swimming season strong! Plan to stay for light refreshments, samples, and socializing after class.
