Join Coach Bill for a guided journey through the four elements, stoking heat in the sauna (fire), testing your edge in the cold plunge (water), grounding through movement (earth), and finding stillness through breath (air). Deepen presence, build resilience, and leave feeling renewed from these ancient practices. Stick around for open connection with the community. Class will be 75 minutes long, followed by 30 minutes of socializing and refreshments.
