Foundations Season (January)

During the Foundations Season this January, we will establish your baseline by going back to the fundamentals

The Foundations Season is the training camp for the remainder of the year. You will be learning how to move properly, establish full body strength, and develop a base for more challenging movements and weight. By focusing on building the skill and awareness needed to move correctly, you will exit Season 1 with the platform necessary to build strength, endurance, and athleticism.
