First-time guests and prospective members are entitled to one complimentary day pass. After their initial free visit, a guest fee or day pass charge will apply each time the guest uses the Club. The Club reserves the right to limit the number of guests a member may bring. Members are responsible for ensuring that their guests adhere to appropriate attire standards and conduct guidelines while on the premises. Additionally, the Club reserves the right to modify guest fees at any time. Please note, if a guest does not have a card on file, the member will be responsible for any day pass fees and any associated charges for cold case and/or merchandise purchases.

Attire

Attire Guidelines & Wet-Area Etiquette

  • Proper attire is required for all individuals using the Club. Appropriate footwear must be worn in all public and recreational areas, with closed-toe shoes required in the fitness areas.
  • In the sauna, shoes are not permitted and should not be worn. Proper sauna attire includes swimwear or fitness attire, ensuring both comfort and compliance with Club policies.

Wet-Area & Locker Room Etiquette

  • Clothing must be worn while walking around the vanity area after showering or changing. This is to maintain a respectful and comfortable environment for all members. Please adhere to these guidelines for the comfort and privacy of others in these areas.

A member is financially responsible for any damage, whether related to Club property or personal injury, caused by the member or the member’s guest.

Personal Training

Personal fitness trainers are available to design and monitor an individual training program that meets your specific needs and interests. They have extensive experience across a broad range of fitness interests, and many offer specialty work including peak performance, weight management, general conditioning, and post physical therapy. The Club prohibits members and guests from receiving exercise instruction from non-Traverse trainers while at the Club. For more information about hiring a personal fitness trainer, please contact the Club’s Front Desk.

In addition to our one-on-one Personal Fitness Training program, the Club also offers semi-private Personal Fitness Training opportunities to those who prefer to work out with one or more other members. For more information about our group Personal Fitness Training, please contact the Club Front Desk.

ACCOUNT & MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

Booking Rules

You can book classes through the Traverse Fitness app or our website, though we encourage using the app for a smoother experience. Traverse Members, Wellness Members, HIIT Package Holders, Arena Package Holders, and Wellness Package Holders can book 7 days in advance; Expedition Members and Package Holders can book 14 days in advance, and Summit Members and Package Holders can book 21 days in advance. For example, if you want to attend a 5:15 AM class on Tuesday next week, bookings open exactly 7 days prior at 5:15 AM, and for a class two weeks from Tuesday, bookings open 14 days before.

Please make sure to check in upon arrival to confirm your booking and avoid receiving a no-show fee. Arriving 5 minutes before class is recommended to set up and warm up. If you arrive late, your spot may be given away to those on our waitling list or you may not be allowed to join due to disrupting the instructor and/or lessening the member experience.

If a class is full, you can join the waiting list. If a spot becomes available, you’ll be automatically added up until 30 minutes before class starts, based on your position on the list.

No Late Entry Policy
  • Members and guests may not enter a class more than 5 minutes after the start time.
  • New guests must arrive 20 minutes early.
  • New guests, Members + Guests arriving late:
    • May not participate
    • Will not be penalized
    • Credit may be returned to their account
Late Cancels / No-Shows

You can cancel your spot in class up to 12 hours before the class begins without any penalty. However, if you cancel within 12 hours of class, a $10 late cancel fee will apply. No-shows will result in a $30 charge. Package holders will lose a credit if they late cancel within 12 hours of class or if they no-show for a class.

If you are on the waitlist for a class, please ensure you are available to attend and have notifications turned on and are subscribed to our emails so you are notified when you’re added to the class. As a reminder, members on waitlists are added to classes up to 30 minutes before class. If your plans change and you can no longer attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist so the next member in line can take your spot. Managing your schedule and canceling in advance helps us ensure that all members have the opportunity to attend as many classes as possible.

Coffee Service

Complimentary coffee is offered until 12pm each day. Tea is available during all Club operating hours.

Recovery

Use of all recovery equipment is included in your membership, package or Day Pass.  Enjoy equipment from Normatec, Theragun, and Marc Pro, foam rollers, and lacrosse balls.

Hot/Cold Therapy

Traverse offers Hot/Cold Therapy at Traverse Fitness and the sauna and cold plunges are open during all operating hours. However, when coach-led classes are in session, members are not permitted to enter the hot/cold therapy area and should respect the space for the coach and class participants.
When no classes are in session, the sauna and cold plunges are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Proper attire must be worn, and no shoes are allowed in the cold plunges or sauna. Please respect others in the sauna and cold plunge, as these spaces are often used for meditation and recovery.

Towels are provided for participants, but we ask members to be water-conscious and limit towel usage to two towels per person, which should be placed in the towel drops after use. Cold plunge participants should shower off after a workout as well as after using the sauna, to maintain cleanliness.

Please do not dump water onto the sauna rocks; a small ladle is provided for occasional use. Additionally, members are not permitted to adjust the heat in the sauna or the temperature of the cold plunges.

Finally, please be mindful of your time in both amenities, as there are limited spots available.

Cowork

Designed to emulate your favorite coffee shop, the Traverse coworking space offers a free coffee bar, ample power stations, and flexible seating. Whether you are knocking out some post-workout emails or attending one of our many free events, this space exists to complement your social and professional life.

Open Gym

At Traverse Fitness, along with our class based studios, we do offer Open Gym amenities. Open Gym is available in all class studios whenever a class is not in session. Members may not, for any reason, use open treadmills, squat racks or any other equipment in a studio if a class is in session. Expedition Members can use any studio for Open Gym, while Traverse Members are limited to only the HIIT studio. Additionally, our Open Gym/Private Training studio is available during all operating hours on a first-come, first-serve basis.

All Open Gym participants are required to clean up after themselves. If you use a space in between class time, please ensure that all equipment is returned to its proper place, ready for the next class. This helps us maintain a clean and organized environment for everyone.

Expedition

With the Traverse Expedition Series, you will apply your training and discover unknown potential through professionally curated adventures. We have two types of excursions; the Expedition Series and Local Series.  The Expedition Series are multi-day/overnight trips to unique “off the beaten path” locations across Colorado and beyond. The Traverse Local Series will take you to some of our favorite, lesser-known, spots and have you home by dinner.

Business Office

If you have any questions about your account or billing matters, please drop by the Club or phone us at 303-733-0303 during club operating hours.  You can also send us an email at info@traversefitness.com.

Accounting / Billing

We are a cashless and all-electronic facility. You can access all of your billing statements and account information through our Marianatek software via the Traverse Fitness app or our website. You may add and remove payment methods through the app, but all members with a recurring membership must have a valid payment method on file. Our Marianatek software only accepts debit and credit cards, and bank accounts are not supported. While multiple accounts cannot be linked, the same card may be used for Couples Memberships.

Membership dues are charged every 30 days from the start of your membership. For example, if you purchase a membership on the 14th of the month, you will be charged every 14th thereafter. All no-show fees, late cancel fees, cold case purchases, and merchandise purchases are billed immediately.

Accounts not paid in full by the due date are considered past due, and Traverse allows a 7-day grace period. If you do not pay your late cancel fees, no-show fees, or membership dues within 7 days, you will lose your pre-booking privileges until your outstanding balance is settled. The club reserves the right to suspend or terminate the membership of any member whose account is not settled after 60 days.

Dues

The Club shall, from time to time, determine the amount and the terms of payment of dues which are payable by the members. The obligation to pay dues is not dependent on the availability of all the Club’s facilities or the member’s frequency of use. Events, repairs, maintenance of some facilities, and/or other occurrences may make it necessary for the Club to restrict the use of one or more facilities or to close the Club temporarily. The Club will not reduce or suspend dues during the time when facilities are not available.

Charging Privileges

All members are given an individual account through our Marianatek software. A payment method is required for all individuals with a recurring membership. Cold case and merchandise purchases are billed immediately, along with any no-show or late cancel fees.

Membership Resignation & Freeze Policy
  • You must give Traverse Fitness, at minimum, 30 days’ notice when requesting to terminate your membership. You will be responsible for one more payment on the day of your next billing cycle. If you are billed on the first of every month and request to cancel on the 20th, you will have one more payment and can use the Club through the end of the following month. We suggest informing the Club as close to your bill date as possible when wanting to terminate your membership.
  • If you want to pause your membership due to travel or injury, you must notify Traverse Fitness promptly. There will be a $15 freeze fee per month that your account is on hold. Please note that freezes cannot be backdated. If your billing date falls on the 1st of the month and you request your account to be frozen on the 20th of that month, you will be charged your monthly dues 10-11 days after your account is unfrozen. Traverse Fitness allows you to hold your membership one time in a 12-month period for a minimum of 30 days to a maximum of 60 days.
  • In the event that you want to cancel your membership while you are on freeze, you will be responsible for one final payment of your monthly dues.
Voluntary Resignation

The Club requires 30 days prior written notice to resign a membership. At the time of resignation, the member must also pay any outstanding account balance. The voluntary resignation is not effective until the expiration of the 30-day notice period. After the effective date of the voluntary resignation, the member is not subject to further dues.

Involuntary Resignation

The Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate the membership privileges of any member for failure to comply with any rules or regulations adopted by the Club, or for any conduct the Club determines to be improper or in any way inimitable to the best interests of the Club. The Club may notify the member of such suspension or termination by writing via email or by mail. A suspended or terminated member remains liable for all dues incurred. Reinstatement of a terminated membership requires any balance due to be paid in full. Reinstatement of a member’s account is at the sole discretion of the Club’s General Manager.

Safety

The Club disclaims any liability for any unauthorized or inappropriate use of the exercise equipment, the result of which may be serious physical injury or other bodily harm. Our staff will be happy to instruct you in the proper use of the exercise equipment. Please ask for assistance.
