Join us Wednesday mornings for an energizing hour-long track workout led by Coach Billy. Each session is designed to help you build speed, power, and endurance through a mix of interval training, sprints, and hill efforts. Track workouts are a smart (and fun) addition to your training routine — they improve running efficiency, cardiovascular fitness, and overall performance, whether you’re training for a race or just want to get stronger and faster.
