THE COACHES

built by experience

Flow and Power Coaches are trained not only in movement, but in the deeper connection between breath, energy, and the body’s need for both activation and restoration. Every Flow and Power Coach has completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, is Yoga Alliance certified, and brings a minimum of 2+ years of teaching experience to the studio. Equipped with technical knowledge of alignment and sequencing, our instructors are skilled in creating classes that thoughtfully support athletic movement, and promote buoyancy within the nervous system.
