Traverse Pilates Coaches provide a unique blend of Pilates instruction, holding a combination of contemporary and classical Pilates mat certifications, with teaching experience ranging from 4 to 20 years. Each instructor has spent years refining not only their technical understanding of movement, but also the art of guiding bodies safely, intelligently, and effectively through a systematic method of movement .
